About UNIQ

UNIQ Consultancy was set up by founder and owner Norzlin Salleh in 2014. Back then, the sole aim was to provide personal development coaching services for individuals. With more than 20 years experience as a Learning & Development expert working with many international organizations for the Asia Pacific region, Norzlin found herself drawn to also be a coach and mentor for those that she worked with. She gets especially motivated when seeing the sense of accomplishment from those powerful conversations with the individuals and that’s when she decided to equip herself to be a certified coach. This was the onset of the transition phase in her career and she began the works to re-live the sparks for UNIQ with the focus on helping achieve positive transformative changes. Now, UNIQ offers transition coaching as well as provide integrated solutions which include corporate training, workshops & talks and consultancy work. The purpose is simple – to be the catalyst for transformative change for you, whether you are an individual or an organization!
